For more than 17 years, Maxim has been developing interaction technologies for the taxi market participants: passengers and drivers. Our company is constantly extending its geographic reach and aims to become a global brand.
Responsibilities:
- consider job applications from drivers, register them in the system, assist in solving work issues;
- consider requests and complaints;
- resolve conflicts between drivers and passengers;
- outdoor promotion, branding of drivers' cars;
- interact with other departments to solve current problems.
Requirements:
- fluent English;
- available to start working immediately in Balikpapan ;
- Indonesian citizenship;
- able to multitask;
- ready to work on the phone and face-to-face;
- ready to do promotion outside of the office;
- good computer skills.
Working conditions:
- work in Balikpapan;
- 5 days working week;
- 3 months of probation.

- Indonesian citizenship;
- good communication skills;
- good computer skills.
Conditions:

- analysis of the industry and competitors;
- organization of advertising campaigns;
- promotion activities (outdoor);
- monitoring the work processes.
Requirements:
- fluent English;
- Indonesian citizenship;
- experience in business development or marketing;
- good negotiation skills, ability to reach agreements;
- readiness to work outside of the office;
- availability of a personal vehicle to ride around the city.
Working conditions:
- 7 000 000 Rp per month;
- 3 months of probation.
